# How can I access Andrew® on my own?

Andrew® is made available to patients through a **therapist**.

However, if you wish to access the app’s services without going through a therapist, you will need to sign up for a monthly or annual subscription to enjoy unlimited access to all exercises and services, allowing you to improve your mobility on a daily basis.
