# How do I access the file of a patient who has already seen another therapist, Andrew®?

To access the file of a patient who has previously seen another therapist using Andrew®, follow these steps:
1. **Open Andrew® Pro.**
2. **Click “New Patient”**
3. **Enter their email address**
4. **Click “Send Invitation”**

Your patient will receive an invitation request via email. Once they accept the invitation, you will have access to their file and can suggest appropriate exercises for them.
