# How do I view a treatment plan sent by my specialist?

If your therapist has prescribed exercises for you, you’ll find them on the app’s home screen.
The exercises are listed at the top of the page, along with the following information:
* Program title
* Estimated duration
* Summary of content
*If you have any issues, please contact your therapist directly.*
