# How do we resend login to patients who have already accessed their account?

* If a patient **has already logged in** to their Andrew® account, it is **no longer possible to resend** their login credentials directly through the patient record.
* In this case, the patient must **click on “Forgot Password”** when logging in to receive their login credentials again via email.
* This procedure is designed to simplify access management and avoid technical issues associated with manually resetting login credentials for accounts that are already active.
* For patients who have never accessed their account, the “resend login credentials” button **remains available** in their file.
* If the patient has changed their email address, they must log in with the new address and use “forgot password” to receive their login credentials.
