# I can't log in on my computer to access my exercises

* Patients can now access their Andrew® account from a computer.
* To sign in from your computer, use the following portal: [https://patient.andrewapp.fr/auth](https://patient.andrewapp.fr/auth)
* You can access your assigned exercises, view your treatment plan, and manage your account directly from your web browser.
* For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
* The Andrew® mobile app remains available on smartphones and tablets for patients who prefer using a mobile device.

**Summary:**
Patients can now access Andrew® from both the mobile app and a computer. To sign in from a desktop or laptop, use the patient portal: [https://patient.andrewapp.fr/auth](https://patient.andrewapp.fr/auth).
