# Comment créer un compte (Patient) 

L'application (**Andrew® - mobilité santé**) est disponible gratuitement sur [l'App Store](https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/andrew-mobilit%C3%A9-sant%C3%A9/id1643696007) (iPhone) et sur [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.osteow.andrew&hl=fr) (Android). 
Une fois l'application installée, utilisez les identifiants que vous avez reçus par **e-mail** de votre thérapeute pour vous connecter.
