The video isn't working (Patient)
Please check the following:
- Make sure the app is up to date in your app store (Google Play / App Store)
- Make sure your browser is up to date
- Ensure that your webcam and microphone are enabled in your browser settings
- Check for any error messages
- Check your internet connection status
- Clear your cache (all browsing data)
