The video isn't working (Patient)

Please check the following:

  • Make sure the app is up to date in your app store (Google Play / App Store)
  • Make sure your browser is up to date
  • Ensure that your webcam and microphone are enabled in your browser settings
  • Check for any error messages
  • Check your internet connection status
  • Clear your cache (all browsing data)
