What are the meditation, yoga, Pilates, and other wellness resources available in the app for? In addition to your rehabilitation exercises, Andrew® gives you access to a library of wellness resources: meditation, cardiac coherence, sophrology, yoga, Pilates, health podcasts, and more. These resources help you better manage stress, mitigate the effects of a sedentary lifestyle, and understand your body. Your physical therapist may recommend specific resources based on your situation.

Is this content included, or is there an additional cost? It is included in the access provided by your physical therapist. There is no additional charge.
