Can we communicate with our patients via direct messaging on Andrew®?
Direct messaging is available on Andrew®. You can find it in the “Messaging” tab in the left-hand sidebar of your Andrew® dashboard or in a patient's file next to their first name. The built-in messaging feature is end-to-end encrypted. You can enable or disable it as needed, and share photos or PDF documents with complete confidentiality. On Andrew®, you can create a Stripe account to bill for telemedicine consultations; simply enter the amount when you create the consultation. Billing is integrated into the telemedicine tool. Your patient can pay for the session directly from the app or browser, which simplifies administrative tasks. The library covers a wide range of topics: rehabilitation exercises for all conditions, therapeutic education videos, wellness content (meditation, cardiac coherence, yoga, Pilates, sophrology, etc.), and health podcasts.
