Cancelling your subscription
Before proceeding with cancellation, we want to make sure you have explored all available options. Depending on your situation, there may be a solution that works for you.
What is the main reason you are leaving?

I still want to cancel
If you have made your decision, cancellation can be done directly from your Andrew® account, independently.
Steps to follow:
- Click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner
- Go to Edit my profile
- Click Cancel my subscription
- Select your reason and complete the form all the way through


⚠️ Important: Cancellation takes effect immediately upon full submission of the form. You retain access to all features until the end of the current period already paid for.
