Can we communicate with our patients via direct messaging on Andrew®?
Direct messaging is available on Andrew®. You can find it in the “Messaging” tab in the left-hand sidebar of your Andrew® dashboard or in a patient's file next to their first name.
The built-in messaging feature is end-to-end encrypted. You can enable or disable it as needed, and share photos or PDF documents with complete confidentiality.
