How do we resend login to patients who have already accessed their account?
- If a patient has already logged in to their Andrew® account, it is no longer possible to resend their login credentials directly through the patient record.
- In this case, the patient must click on “Forgot Password” when logging in to receive their login credentials again via email.
- This procedure is designed to simplify access management and avoid technical issues associated with manually resetting login credentials for accounts that are already active.
- For patients who have never accessed their account, the “resend login credentials” button remains available in their file.
- If the patient has changed their email address, they must log in with the new address and use “forgot password” to receive their login credentials.
