Subscription cancellation : what you need to know

Does your subscription work like others?

Yes, exactly like a Netflix or Spotify subscription, or a phone plan. Your Andrew® subscription automatically renews at each billing date (monthly or annually), until you explicitly request cancellation.

How do you cancel your subscription?

Cancellation is done directly from your Andrew® account:

  1. Log in to your account at pro.andrewapp.fr
  2. Go to Edit my profile > Manage my subscription
  3. Click Cancel my subscription
  4. Confirm your request

Cancellation takes effect immediately.

You retain access to all features until the end of the current period already paid for. No pro-rata refund is applied.

What happens when you sign up: a reminder of the process

To help you understand why a refund request cannot be granted, here is what you agreed to at sign-up:

1. Self-service account creation

Your account was created through our online form, with explicit acceptance of our Terms and Conditions at the registration step.

2. Subscription plan selection

At sign-up, you selected your plan (monthly or annual). Both options are clearly presented with their pricing and terms.

3. 15-day free trial period

Before your first payment, you benefit from a 15-day free trial. During this period:

  • No amount is charged
  • A €0 bank pre-authorization is recorded
  • Upcoming billing terms are disclosed throughout the sign-up flow and in the General Terms of Sale

4. Support during the free trial period

Unlike many SaaS platforms, our teams may reach out to you during your free trial (phone call, SMS, video call appointment). The purpose of this contact is to ensure you are getting the most out of the platform. Cancellation remains free at any time and can be done independently.

5. First payment

The first payment is processed at the end of the 15-day free trial, in accordance with the terms accepted at sign-up. If you do not wish to be charged, cancellation must be completed before the end of this period.

Can I get a refund after being charged?

No. Once a subscription has been paid, no refund is possible — as is standard practice across SaaS tools on the market.

Automatic renewal is a contractual condition accepted at sign-up. Our teams have no legal obligation to issue a refund once payment has been processed.

Note: A statutory right of withdrawal may apply within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial subscription date (€0 bank pre-authorization), in accordance with our General Terms of Sale.
