Update my personal information (Patient)
As a patient, you can only change your password. To do so, go to the Profile tab. Any other information (email, name, etc.) can only be changed by your therapist, so please contact them directly.Few readersWhere can I find the prescribed exercises?
As soon as you open the app, your daily workout appears on the home screen. All exercises are illustrated with clear videos created by physical therapists who are also instructors. Your therapist will schedule a remote appointment, and you’ll receive a notification. At the agreed-upon time, join the session via the app or a web browser, just like a regular video call. How do I make an appointment? If your therapist has entered their appointment booking URL correctly in the app, you’ll see a green “Book an Appointment” button on the home screen. If your therapist has prescribed exercises for you, you’ll find them on the app’s home screen. You can contact your therapist via direct messaging from your app if they have enabled this feature. To do so: tap the Message tab located in the menu at the bottom of your screen. Otherwise, you won’t be able to contact them directly from the appFew readers

Access to Andrew® exercises is currently unavailable for patients using a computer. This feature is scheduled for 2026. If you try to access your exercises via the website on a computer, it is normal for it not to work or for some pages to remain blank. For the best experience and to access your exercises, please download and use the Andrew® mobile app on your phone or tablet.
