If your therapist has prescribed exercises for you, you’ll find them on the app’s home screen. As a patient, your therapist has granted you access to Andrew®. As a result, you can view the exercises recommended by your therapist on your dashboard for a period of 2 months. After this period, you will need to consult your therapist again so they can provide you with new exercises. Until your next appointment, you have unlimited access to the Explore section. Andrew® is made available to patients through a therapist.
